Operator conditions

1 · Safety and risk

Miss Ann Boat Trips takes all reasonable measures to prevent injury and property damage. Speedboat travel involves movement, spray and wave impact; by joining you accept the risks that come with an open powerboat at sea and you follow the crew's safety instructions at all times.

2 · Weather and technical cancellations

If the operator cancels a departure for weather or technical reasons, you choose between a free reschedule and a full refund. This never narrows your Island Tours cancellation window.

3 · Health

This trip is not suitable during pregnancy or with recent back or neck injuries. Limited mobility: message us first, so the crew can advise honestly whether boarding works for you.

4 · On board

• Follow the crew's instructions at all times.
• No illegal substances on board.
• Do not endanger yourself, other guests or the crew.
